The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration provides students with a foundation in fundamental management concepts as well as a historical review of the development of management. It will equip students with skills to become critical thinkers and well-rounded managers and administrators. Our program is comprehensive, preparing graduates to work in a variety of businesses and industries, including government, non-profit organizations, or other institutions. Business Administration graduates will be qualified to enter a career in an entry to mid-level management position.
The Business Administration program is offered in Eugene, Roseburg, and Klamath Falls.
Graduates of this program will:
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the basic principles and concepts in the functional areas of business.
- Have knowledge and skills in the supporting studies of statistics, business law, operations, human resources, and communication (interpersonal and organizational) as well as Christian leadership, values, and ethics.
- Be skilled in planning, organizing, leading, controlling organizations.
- Be acquainted with the current trends in business including ethical responsibility, the leading sources of business information, current publications, and other available resources, both in text and on the internet.
- Understand ethical issues in business and bring the Christian faith and values to bear on business practices.
